As you are likely aware, the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as many government and health officials across the globe are currently responding to an outbreak of coronavirus, or COVID-19. As we continue to monitor the ongoing situation, we are reaching out to our clients and colleagues to advise you of the steps we are taking and to assure you of our continuing availability to serve your needs.
At this time, our office remains open and running during our normal business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, we have instructed the majority of our employees to work from home per CDC recommendations. We ask our clients to limit in office visits if possible and try and engage our staff remotely.
All of our staff is equipped to work from home just as effectively as they would in the office. Consequently, we do not anticipate any changes to our daily operations or responsiveness to our clients. We are open for business.
We will continue to monitor coronavirus information and standards from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), keep our employees informed, and reinforce best health practices in our office. To protect our staff and visitors, the firm has implemented sanitizing products and policies, social distancing, and is closely following the guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other state and local authorities.
We are also actively working with our insurance carriers to identify any additional services that may be available to our clients in the wake of the shutdown.
